The Bench recently advised long-standing client RMAL Hospitality PJSC on a franchise development agreement with The Social Gaming Group for the franchise of OCHE (high tech darts) and SHUFL (shuffleboards) venues in the UAE. There are eight gaming venues today spread around the world including - Oslo - Gothenburg - Amsterdam - London - Singapore - Melbourne - Brisbane and with more to come.
