The Bench Advises on Rixos Salalah

The Bench announced today that it advised Dhofar Beach Resort LLC on the suite of hotel management agreements for the Rixos Salalah in Oman.  Scheduled to open in early 2027, it marks the first Rixos-branded resort in Oman under the Accor/Ennismore portfolio.
